We interviewed a few other agents, but our family unanimously chose Darren because of his calm and confident personality. He answered all our questions, and we agreed on a price that seemed a little high at the time, as the property was a rural gem, but the house was dated. He assured us he could deliver, and he did. His team did a tremendous job of promoting the listing. The online photos were amazing. There were several showings which produced a good amount of offers, which Darren guided us through, to finally accept one with minor conditions, a quick closing and for a great price.
