I have to share my deepest appreciation and gratitude for Darci Sellers with Century 21, as to how grateful I am to have her in my corner while selling the family home as well as my experience as a first time buyer. Darci shared a co-list for my divorce sale, a listing that went live back in July 2022. Throughout the 9 months she has been (and still is ) been there for me , over above and beyond. Her professionalism, her unconditional support, unwavering faith, attention to detail along with her keen eye on staging the home, kindness and efficiency on all fronts ..made this process happen!!! Darci has also made my first time buying experience incredibly amazing! Her dedication and years of expertise in this changing market made it so reassuring for me. I couldn’t imagine not having her in this process. She is always 5 steps ahead and goes above and beyond. That giant smile of hers and sense of humour brought a lot of light to some unexpected days for selling and buying within a short window of time! Throughout life and balancing it all with families schedules, holidays, she had my back, and I am really beyond grateful. I actually cried on the phone with her when she congratulated me on the sale! Regardless, I just have to share my gratitude and deepest respect I have for Darci, and her genuine passion in her profession for helping people in all stages of what’s happening in this roller coaster of life. We asked Darci to be our realtor because we knew her to be knowledgeable and fun, however, we didn’t realize how excellent she really was until we went through the entire process with her. She listened to us when we discussed homes we were looking at and helped us narrow down our priorities for our wants and needs thus helping us find our wonderful new home. She was amazing throughout the entire process from looking online and in person to buying. She even had helpful ideas to keep us on track and organized. We highly recommend working with her. Buying a home can be nerve-wracking and stressful and Darci’s experience and wonderful personality made it relaxing, fun and focused.
