Dan was down to earth. He did not come across as out for a sale...rather he was here to help us with understanding the whole process of selling a home. He offered a commonsense approach to making our house more saleable plus he admitted to not having the skills to properly stage a house. Dan hired a professional to work with us during the staging process which we feel helped with the sale. His pricing was realistic and this reflected on the day it was listed with a strong offer presented to us within hours. Dan and his team were in constant communication with us through the whole process. Highly recommended!
