Dan and his assistant were very helpful with all my questions. This was an Estate Sale and a difficult emotional time. It was so good to have a realtor walk me through the whole process, explaining all the legal terms in an understandable way. Dan worked well with the tenant to take photos and a video virtual tour of the property. he worked well with the tenant to make her feel comfortable and safe during the Covid. We felt Dan knew the market in setting a price showing us the comparable neighboring properties that sold or listed. We listed and sold quickly and professionally. I enjoyed receiving the offer and counter offer via emails, texts and phone calls.
