Danny was amazing - he helped me find the perfect home within my budget , he did not jump at every house that we saw and always carefully laid out the pros and cons to help me remain clear on what I want and whether the option I am evaluating is the right one for me or not. There have even been situations where he has discarded options I initially liked and in hindsight I thank him for not indulging me on those ones. As a first time home buyer , I had a lot of questions quite obviously at every step of the way and Danny was very patient with me , he helped me understand the real estate market better and I have banked on his judgement throughout the journey. I would recommend Danny as a Real Estate Agent to anyone looking at buying new houses .

Danny has been our realtor on four transactions in 2023, three purchases and one sale. On the sale side, Danny's advice on how to make a good first impression was meaningful, from walls to cabinets to carpets and light fixtures. We ended up with multiple offers. On the purchase side, Danny was able to guide us through the process and it was his quick response time to our questions that made the difference. 4 transactions x 5 stars = 20 stars in our books. Danny was amazing! He was quick to respond to messages and was honest and realistic about pros and cons of properties we were looking at. I really appreciated that he pointed out things like age and quality of hot water tank, furnace, electrical, and plumbing; all things I know nothing about. It helped me feel more secure in my choice when it came to my purchase. Also, he always brought humour to the experience of house shopping, so even though it’s a stressful time, it was made enjoyable! Danny is so knowledgeable so when it came time to put an offer on a house, he was able to talk me through the options for the price and conditions, which made me feel more confident. He is approachable and friendly and I appreciated this. When selling, Danny brought in an expert stager who used what I had to make my house look amazing! I loved what she did so much that I kept her suggestions in my new house! They also send in cleaners before the pictures! He brought comps of other condos in my building and area so that when we chose a list price it was based on what was selling. He also made sure I was comfortable with every part of the process and price. Danny is the best and you won’t regret using him to buy or sell!
