Danny was absolutely great to work with in my search for a condo. He listened to what I was looking for and over 12 viewings were scheduled over 2 days with a schedule that worked really well. One unit I really liked was under offer so could not get a viewing, but as soon as I mentioned he it, he checked its status and it just became available again so we went right away. That one was top of list and after 24 hours with Danny’s recommendations and prompt action, I had an accepted offer. Danny guided me through the process of condo review, inspection with recommendations and assistance with all aspects of my purchase. Within a week, everything was finalized and I chose a close date acceptable for me. I’m now the owner and Danny was exceptional and very accommodating to my schedule.
