Even though the timing wasn't perfect as we were approaching the summer months, Danny and his team took the time to explore all options and ways to make it happen. It made a stressful time much easier to deal with. Danny's knowledge of the market, rules and regulations, trends and how to focus on our needs and wants were top notch throughout the whole process. We would have no issues whatsoever in passing Danny's name to friends and families that may be looking to sell or find their perfect home. Truly a gem in the real estate world.
