If I could rate 6 stars, I would. As first time home buyers, we had a not-so-great experience with our previous realtor, so we were honestly pretty hesitant going into the process again. Danielle came highly recommended to us and we decided to take a chance, and we are so glad we did. From the moment we met her, Danielle made everything feel clear and manageable. She took the time to walk us through the entire home buying process and explained everything in simple terms so we always knew exactly what was going on. Her energy is so positive and genuine, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. What we appreciated most was how involved and thorough she was. She carefully reviewed documents with us, pointed out details we would have never noticed ourselves, and always gave honest feedback when we asked for her opinion. She never rushed us and made sure we understood every step before making decisions. It truly felt like she was fully in our corner the whole time. Danielle made us feel confident and secure in our purchase, which is everything you want as a first time buyer. Even after everything closed, she has continued to check in and make sure we are settled, which really shows how much she cares about her clients. On top of being amazing at her job, she is also just a wonderful person. It is easy to see why she is so successful. We will absolutely be working with Danielle again in the future and will recommend her to everyone we know. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust and who will truly go above and beyond, Danielle is the real deal.

Danielle was extremely helpful, clear, organized, and thoughtful when guiding us through our first home purchase. Danielle explained each step of the process in a way we could understand, summarized key points of all the agreements and documents to make it easier to process, and I don’t think could have made the process any easier! It's rare that someone is truly worthy of a perfect 5-star review but Danielle is the one. She was kind, patient, professional, incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of our home search. She always had helpful tips to share about the neighbourhoods we were looking at, the buildings we were visiting, and the home hunting process in general. We ran into Danielle during an open house she hosted. We knew the property wasn't for us but were impressed by Danielle's professionalism and engaging personality. After a few follow up emails we decided to chose her as our real estate agent to find our dream apartment. We had a list of criterias which were very important to us in finding the right home. Danielle maximised our search, joined us on numerous open houses and gave us a lot of invaluable in depth feedback about potential properties. When we ended up finding our dream apartment, Danielle's expertise helped us going through the offer process successfully to secure the place. Besides taking care of all the necessary steps during this process, she put us in touch with an amazing mortgage broker, home inspector and notary. And even after posession date, Danielle has kept checking in with us to make sure everything is ok and we are happy. During the whole process Danielle has been very professional, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects, personable, and highyl motivated to find us the right place. Her communication during the whole process was excellent. She's very passionate about real estate, and truly tries her very best to find your dream home. Buying a home can always be a stressfull experience, but having Danielle by our side made it so much more enjoybale and fun, and eventually successful. We'll definiely chose Danielle again for our next property endeavor.
