I am so incredibly grateful that I got to work with Daniella in finding a rental. I am in my dream apartment and it’s all thanks to her! The downtown Toronto rental market can be a bit stressful and Daniella made it absolutely stress-free (and even fun!) Daniella is incredibly efficient, organized and knowledgeable. She showed up to each viewing with all of the information about the units and had a great intuition from start to finish. I felt very protected by her in the offer-to-tenancy agreement phases. Daniella is so qualified for her job, it’s amazing! I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy/rent… not only because of her competence but she’s also a really nice person to work with! It makes all the difference.
