Daniela assisted me in buying my third home now.(She also sold my first and second home and helped me purchase my second home, so I'm a third time customer of hers.) It was my first purchase on my own, which was a bit scary, especially as I purchased in the fall of 2021 (COVID times and not a fun time to try to get an affordable home) but Daniela was so great. Despite the insane market, she made sure I was able to see houses quickly and talked me through the price negotiation, making sure I never bid higher than I was comfortable doing. When I found a house I could afford, she talked through the work it needed, never discouraging me from the TLC, while being realistic about the project I would be taking on. 3 years later, she still cheers me on as I post updates on my home. I can't recommend her enough as a realtor and as a amazing human. Definitely give her a call if you're considering buying or selling! She'll turn you into a lifetime fan as well, I am sure.
