Dan was an amazing realtor. We wanted to find an acreage with terrible interest rates at the time and over priced properties. He was patient, kind and would go to as many properties as we desired. Very relaxed and gave honest feed back on every property we looked at so we didn’t purchase a home with unseen problems. He never rushed us into anything he more so told us to take our time and the right one will come along. He also sold our first house once we found an acreage and just as amazing process with Dan as our realtor!

We moved from put of province to a town we had never seen. Dan went above and beyond, helping us find a home in a great neighborhood. Dan toured several homes for us at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend Dan if you are considering a move, especially if you are coming from out of province.

Dan is in our opinion a very knowledgable realtor and is great at consulting and negotiating for your very best interest ! Being a past realtor for many years , I have the understanding to know , a great realtor when I see one , especially when we used Dan to sell our existing home , and purchasing another ! He made us feel , that though , we were in charge , he has the expertise to lead us in the right direction , as real estate in these days is very complex! This is why the 5 star rating !!!
