Dan has been my 'Go To' Realtor for several years; we met when I was trying to sell my acreage. He has supported me through several real estate transactions since, and he is the first person I call when I need Realtor support. When my husband and I retired and finally decided to downsize and sell our home we called Dan Royer and we are so happy we did! Dan sold our house in under a week and at the price we wanted!! He was also able to find us the perfect downsized home. We had many detailed specifications on what we wanted, which would have made any other realtor want to run, but Dan carefully listened to our vision for our next home and took on the challenge without missing a beat. He is a true professional. He is super knowledgeable about the real estate market and his role as a realtor. Dan understands the structural aspects of houses, made sure he was well versed about the potential neighbourhoods and locations , and was able to foresee possible maintenance needs of some of the homes we looked at.
