From day one. Crystal did an excellent job representing us on the sale of our home. The listing was exceptionally well done-the description, presentation, and overall strategy were excellent. Communication was always easy; she was responsive, available, and supportive whenever we needed her. We felt fully taken care of and couldn't be happier with the experience.

I gave Crystal the daunting task of selling 4 rental condos in a short timeframe while achieving reasonable prices for the units. She was on it from day 1, get the units listed, working with tenants and the rental management team for photos and viewings. She was excellent at aggressively negotiating the purchase price and closing terms. She did an outstanding job.

She was quick to get answers to any questions we had from the sellers realtor and condo management, and nothing ever seemed too much of a task for her. Crystal has given us a ton of recommendations in the local area and wider city. Our overall experience has been excellent and she has made this whole process very easy for us and anyone engaging her will not be disappointed. She is truly a credit to her profession.
