Crystal was amazing. She recommended a price point above what I expected and sold close to the recommended price. She was realistic about what to expect and what needed to be done to have my condo ready for sale. Crystal was able to leverage buyers who were interested at the same time to get me a quick sale. Might I have gotten a higher price? Maybe but it could have gone the other way too and she was honest about that and I preferred a faster sale.
