Through every step of the way Craig showed a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. He helped guide us through the entire process, enlightening us about aspects we were unaware of that potentially could have became issues. He showed an astuteness for the market in numerous areas of the HRM, informing us of positives and negatives in different communities. As first time home buyers, he displayed a vast amount of patience, taking the time to fully explain the ins and outs. When it came time to pick inspectors his recommendations were always spot on but never pushed them on us. He genuinely cared about us as well as getting us the house that suited our needs with the best possible deal. We highly recommend Craig and will definitely continue to use him in the future!

We loved working with Craig! We had a very ‘unique’ and specific set of requirements for a home in which to blend our family and Craig was totally patient and attentive without being pushy or making us feel bad when we asked him to take us to see some pretty random things which we had very little likelihood of actually buying. When we finally found our home, he made the process of buying it and selling our old house as seamless as it gets. Plus he’s funny and makes good jokes and is easy to get along with while being a total pro.
