Craig was everything I needed and wanted in a real estate agent ...and more. I needed to have my unit prepared for sale from a distance, and Craig took on responsibility to ensure what I needed done was done. He communicated regularly and helpfully throughout the process, to a very successful conclusion. I highly recommend him to others and I myself would not hesitate to call upon him for any further of my real estate needs.

Craig was so helpful. He was knowledgable about the area, he found a house in the right neighbourhood that was under our budget, and had more space than we thought we could afford. When we were ready he guided us through the buying process. Buying our first home was honestly not as stressful as I thought it would be, and that's thanks to Craig.

Craig is the agent you want to sell your home and property. Craig has the ability to make you feel like his most important client - even though we know he was working for multiple people at one time. We trust Craig and hired him for his expertise, promptness, guidance and knowledge. We felt well represented by Craig and knew he had our best interests in mind. He went above and beyond even hand delivering oven cleaner to help us get our condo spotless for potential buyers.

I know people glaze over 5 star reviews because they seem a little *too* high, a little too perfect, but craig really did provide the 5-star treatment! He was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and has helped SEVERAL of my family members find houses! He was never pushy, and chose options that really spoke to us. It’s cheesy, but he seemed to really care about our experience which means a lot since it’s such a huge purchase. Couldn’t recommended Craig more, 10 10 10s across the BOARD
