Craig was exactly who we needed to sell our home and purchase a new home. He was knowledgeable, informative and honest. He let us know exactly what needed to happen and what would help show our house the best. He gave us tips to get top dollar, but did not set expectations too high that we would potentially be disappointed. In terms of purchasing our home, Craig was quick in responding to houses that peaked our interests, despite the travel distance. Craig was informative and open throughout the entire process. We absolutely recommend Craig to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You will not be disappointed.

As a buyer living in Ontario and trying to purchase a home in Nova Scotia for our retirement it was very trying however, Craig made it worth the while and we eventually got a home based on what our budget would allow us. My husband and I found that Craig was always there and willing to show us the homes that was of interest to us and we went through quite a few. He answered any questions we might have and if he didn't know it he would always say let me check that out and get back to you which he always did in record time. He provided valuable feedback during the whole process and was always gave us sound advise on any home we wanted to purchase, he's courteous, pleasant and was a joy to work with. He's very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas in Nova Scotia near or far but his honesty was the driving force that made it worthwhile.
