Craig he is very knowledgeable but he bought my listing to get it which cost me money in the long run. He told me what I wanted to hear. He is well known but I would NOT recommend him and in fact I fired him because of his inappropriate behaviour and unprofessional. I also reported him to his brokerage house.

Amazing! Craig helped us tremendously for first time home buyers giving us knowledge if we ever wanted to buy again, which is very unlikely due to how good he was at helping us get our dream property!
