My wife and I have absolutely no complaints about Craig. We spoke to multiple agents and Craig was one who truelly stood out. Throughout the process Craig explained any parts that were confusing to us and helped us understand what to expect in certain situations. Craig was extremely professional in every aspect of the job and cares about his clients.

Craig was my 'lifesaver' through COVID and 2020!!! I had a property that just was NOT moving (had another real estate agent and that is a whole other story!!). I heard Craig on 630 CHED and something about what he said and his voice just spoke to me. Well folks, long story short, I met Craig---he won't pull any punches with you---he gave me a list of what I had to do and what he could do for me. He is brutally honest but sometimes that is what you need to hear!! All said and done, once the listing went live I had showings and an offer within 24 hours!! This after months of nothing!! Craig is honest and upfront of both what you will need to do and what he can do for you---if you take his advice you will not regret it. He sold the property for me, helped me list another (and subsequently sold it just as quickly), and now has helped me find and buy my dream home. He is the ultimate professional.....once you are his client his focus is totally on you!! Now I am a woman who has never been comfortable with negotiating (I don't even like the haggling with beach vendors on vacations). Craig was able to advise and assist me to the point where I felt I knew what I was doing (both with buying and selling), and had some comfort with it. His network of contacts, whether it was recommending a fantastic mortgage broker (Mike Brandsma), home inspectors, etc was important as sometimes a person can feel overwhelmed during the process. His knowledge of all areas of the business is astounding. Long story short, you will be putting yourself in good hands with Craig to handle any and all aspects of buying and selling your home.
