When I bought my new house I was a single mom doing a very "adulty" thing without supervision. Craig was knowledgeable and realistic about the market and pricing when listing my home. He was professional but personable when going to house showings and was not at all a "salesmen". His negotiations and paperwork were quick and thorough. Craig was patient and informative when I had questions (even though I was admittedly a needy client). He and I formulated a game plan to list and sell my home so that I could close on the accepted offer on my new home within 2 weeks. He made it all come together for me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Craig did an excellent job getting us into the right house. He was able to set up viewings on very short notice, answered questions for us outside of business hours, and connected us to a great mortgage broker when our bank went back on their previous approval and denied us at the last minute. We also live 1600km away from the town we were buying in and that really posed no challenge for Craig. Everything went great on his end. He was able to identify that the house we ended up with was worth much more than it's listing price, so we went in with a strong offer and had backup offers ready to go, and sure enough after we got possession, a comparable house in the same neighborhood went on the market for 27% higher than we paid.
