Craig Shantz was an absolute pleasure to work with. We stumbled upon a listing and brought it to him who was quick to respond, provide us with all the information we needed, and show us the property. It was mid December and we were expecting our first baby in a matter of weeks. He made the daunting process of buying a house over the holidays seem easy, painless, and stress free. He took the time to show us the property multiple times, ensure everything worked as it should, and helped us with getting the price we wanted. After moving in we found a welcome basket and a baby gift waiting for us. Little details like that will have us coming back to him again without question! Highly recommend!
