Michele and Bill helped my friends purchase a home in Courtenay. They were moving here from the Lower Mainland and appreciated the guidance they were given showing them the different neighbourhoods. They found a great home that suits their needs and are now thrilled to be enjoying Island life.

We moved from North Vancouver to the Comox Valley and contacted Michele months ahead of our actual arrival to the Valley. Michele was prompt and helpful from the get-go. When we finally arrived on the Island, Michele was accessible, again prompt with viewings and appointments, and genuine and realistic with her advice and recommendations. Upon the purchase of our home, Michele was thorough and an advocate on our behalf. The entire Courtney Anglin Team has been responsive and available. It was both a pleasure and an assurance to work with this team.

This review is a bit overdue as we've been busy moving into our first home! Enormous thanks to the fantastic team at Courtney and Anglin for making it happen for us. They were able to help us find a beautiful home that suited us, and helped negotiate the price to keep it within our budget - we didn't think it was possible with prices skyrocketing and competition for every house. Coming from the lower mainland to Vancouver Island during a pandemic made things additionally challenging, but Michele and Bill worked with us to make it as easy as possible. We dealt mostly with Michele, but Bill was always there to help us as well. They are both incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable and friendly. They guided us through every step of this complex process, answering all of our innumerable questions and educating us about things we hadn't even thought of - it is obvious that they love what they do and we could not have done it without them. For first time buyers in this challenging market we could not have asked for a better team to be on our side.

Michelle and Bill acted as my agents twice in the last 5.5 years as a buyer and then as a seller. They make a fantastic team as they offer different methods, views and opinions which gave me all possible options and scenarios enabling me to make informed decisions. There was never any pressure - just information and patience while I made my decisions. Their promotion of my property was top notch and communication was quick and clear either from them or their support team.

Bill and Michele are real estate pros! They know the area, have lots of contacts, can connect you with other professionals, are up to date on real estate regulations and always gave us great advice. We came from out of province, and struck an immediate relationship with Bill as we looked at properties over a weekend. Not only did he know real estate, but he was a great source of information about Vancouver Island and he understands stresses and expectations of coming to BC from out of province. He advocated for us, both in the purchase and sale of our home, with impressive results. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and both he and Michele went out of their way to make sure we had all the details we needed to make informed decisions. Customer service is excellent, the office support is courteous and helpful, All round great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
