When it came time to officially put the home on the market, their wise marketing plan proved to be flawless, and was actually exciting to observe firsthand. They fully exploited the MLS system which invited a multitude of online and actual showings, along with numerous offers, leading to a final selection of best offer in less than a week! The only surprise in the entire engagement was a positive one… the selected offer far exceeded the original asking price!
