Cory came to our condo prepared with comparable units for sale in the area, walked us through what his well thought-out plan for selling our place was and then let us be the decision makers going forward. He is knowledgeable, and you can tell he cares about your sale even if it's not a very large one. The unit sold outrageously fast in what has been considered a slower market (may 2016), and I know this is due to Cory helping us price it right and stage the place beautifully. My husband and I are very grateful for his help in negotiations once we had an offer. We were inexperienced and would have ended up settling for way too low if it wasn't for him. I can't express enough that if you want to feel like your realtor cares about you, Cory is the guy you want to use.</p>
