Cory was a great agent from start to finish. He helped us purchase our first home and he took us to view ALOT of houses to determine exactly what we were looking for. We offered on a house that ended up falling through due to the inspection but Cory was very good at determining the price and tactics that got the seller to accept our offer over another buyers. On the house we did end up purchasing Cory's advice again was bang on for getting the seller to choose our offer over another buyers without overpaying. Cory is very analytical about his negotiations and this makes it less stressful for the buyer. Cory was great at answering all of the questions we had but my only constructive criticism of is that he could have provided us more insight into what questions we didn't know to ask as first time home buyers (ie asking that the house be cleaned on possession, etc) Overall Cory was a great agent and we would recommend him to our friends and family in Calgary!

Cory was fantastic to work with. He really understands the market and trends and where a property’s value fits within that context. Cory explained the range he thought was reasonable for us to list our house at, and importantly, the range he thought it would likely sell at. We listed in the middle of his suggested range and the final sale came in near the upper end of the range he thought the selling price would be. Having a good understanding of what the realistic, likely outcome would be from the start was very important to me. In addition to his expertise and professionalism, Cory was friendly, responsive, and just great to work with all around.

Cory came into our situation after we’d spent a year on market. We were frustrated and, frankly, out of energy and patience. Cory handled our sale with impeccable patience, professionalism, focus, and attention. He was straight forward with us and guided us through the process with well founded confidence. His expertise in the market was more than just impressive; he was truly engaged in the real estate market and this expertise lead to the sale of our home in 6 days. Cory is an expert in his field and we would without hesitation recommend him to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.

Cory could not have been more helpful. As a first time home buyer I had more questions than likely any other client he has ever dealt with and on top of that, I had to do the majority of my communications with him from a distance due to my work location. Cory was constantly on the ball with reply's/answers and consistently went above and beyond to find answers for me to even the most obscure of requests. He knows the area well, helped me understand the value of the unit and presented me with clear and concise information in a timely manner that helped make the entire decision quite seamless. He guided me step by step through the entire process and not once did I feel like any question was too small to ask. He was key in both dealing with my mortgage broker as well as through negotiations. I can confidently say that without an agent as patient and on the ball as he was my deal would never have been closed due to all the extenuating circumstances. Even after the sale had been completed Cory continued to answer any and all questions I had in a timely manner which I honestly did not expect. I would not only highly recommend Cory to anyone that is looking for help in the Calgary area, but if I ever purchase again in the area he is the only agent that I will be contacting.
