By 'worked extremely hard', I'm referring to all kinds of Covid-obstacles, unusual buyer/agent requests and changing condo Board rules for showing suites. He never complained - he simply kept us informed and doggedly worked to get the condo sold. And it sold! We got a fair price and the deal unfolded very smoothly. We hired Cory because we needed professionalism, advice and someone to do the hard work...he delivered on all fronts! A real pleasure working with such a good communicator and competent real estate agent!
