For an entire year, he went with me to showings, did research, communicated with other agents - in short, he put in a tremendous amount of work without ever asking for guarantees that I wouldn’t switch agents or change my mind about buying. Cory is amazing at his work. when I got my new house I could see his effort everywhere. We saw it three days before and it was annoying to see the condition but the day I got the keys it was Nicely cleaned and all works nearly attended. Yes I forgot the main thing - the smooth and effortless deal. He was always prompt to respond to msgs and calls even when he was at some remote place in other country .
