I had the pleasure of selling my rental property with Corey . Corey is such a delight to work with and just a fantastic human . He does so much for the community and that is how I discovered him . He has an expansive knowledge of the market and his communication skills are truly outstanding . He not only kept me updated and informed but was in contact with my tenant throughout the whole process to update him on showings and expectations . He is so amazing my tenant ended up deciding to purchase his first property through Corey . He was transparent about his role to both of us and proactive in any problems arising . All I had to do after deciding to use Corey as my realtor was to accept the deal he negotiated for me and hand over the keys ! Due to his strong negotiation skills he was able to get more out of the buyer than what was initially offered .It was an easy stress free process . I absolutely will never use another real actor again and cannot recommend him enough .

No one does it better than Corey! Always looking out for his clients and giving back through events! He’ll even make sure the bathtubs work!
