We had the privilege of “tagging along” with all three of our children as they used Cordell for their real estate purchases/sales. We got to know Cordell over the course of time as we viewed many properties. One of the things I appreciated the most about Cordell was the fact that he treated all of our kids the same. It didn’t make a difference what the price range was or where the property was located. Cordell always showed up with a smile in his face. He was honestly happy to help and always offered his expertise in so many areas! It was a no brainer, when the time came, as to who to hire to sell my mom’s property.
