Having never dealt with Cordell in any prior dealings I found him to be both very knowledgeable and accommodating with everything we needed to know and do to both find the home we were looking for and proceed with all the administrative that goes with it. Cordell made it all easy and was there for us every step of the way

Cordell did an excellent job with the listing and sale of my home. From the beginning, he was quick to explain the process clearly and provided comparable listings to help determine a fair and strategic listing price. I really appreciated that he never pressured me or tried to influence my decisions—his priority was making sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. He arranged for professional photos and promptly set up the lockbox, explaining how showings would work. Within just a few days, we had showings scheduled! During negotiations, Cordell again provided all the necessary information but left the final decisions to me, without any pressure—which made the experience much less stressful. Overall, it was a great experience working with Cordell. I felt supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.

Cordell was very knowledgeable in assisting us in choosing a house to buy, very professional and was always on time, very trustworthy in giving his opinion and suggestions while we in our journey of looking for a home. He made sure that we were well informed in the decision that we were having and was patient and supportive from beginning til the end. I don’t think any real estate agent could have done the same level of service to us and for that, we are very grateful to him.
