I really appreciated that he never pressured me or tried to influence my decisions—his priority was making sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. He arranged for professional photos and promptly set up the lockbox, explaining how showings would work. Within just a few days, we had showings scheduled! During negotiations, Cordell again provided all the necessary information but left the final decisions to me, without any pressure—which made the experience much less stressful. Overall, it was a great experience working with Cordell. I felt supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.
