We met Conrad through my sister and her husband January 2021. At the time we were not very sure if we were really ready to begin our home purchase sojourn. Thank God for Conrad who kept pushing us to just start from somewhere. His experience in the real estate paid off as he could tell that was just the best time to start our journey. (This decision and push was the best decision ever as 1 year after, house prices have sky rocketed). I had a lot of expectations from Conrad (as my sister and brother-in-law had said so much about him….lol). Did he meet the expectations you would ask…… He surpassed the expectations! From our first encounter with him, he was able to put us through the most flimsy details, even questions one would normally consider as being “stupid”, Conrad would answer beyond your expectations. We toured a lot of show homes, for every show home or builder, Conrad was always patient with us and was never late for appointments (I still wonder how he’s able to show up every time though) Another amazing thing Conrad did for us was linking us with a very fantastic mortgage specialist who made life so easy for us. Conrad is very accessible. He is very reachable and will never leave you hanging. This i also appreciate about him. Despite the pandemic and it’s limitations, we are here as proud home owners 1 year after our first consultation with Conrad!

It was a great time working with Conrad all through the process of buying our home. He made everything easy and smooth. He's so calm, always ready to listen and answer any question we have to ask.
