A family friend introduced us to Mr. Conrad and we have no regrets at all. From the onset, we knew that he was knowledgeable and highly professional, which gave us assurance that we were in good hands . He was very well supportive in the home buying process and once we took possession, he didn't walk out on us. We are out of town and this property is an investment property and knowing this, he offered to help us list the house as well as view it to prospective tenants. He did this and one of the prospective tenants showed interest immediately. He went as far as to verify all her references and history for us. He held our hands all though and we are so grateful.
