Colby is a very attentive, thorough and knowledgeable realtor. He was an absolute joy to work with! We spent over a year looking for our unicorn-home and finally found it - and he was there, guiding the process with great care, concern, understanding and patience. He replies promptly, and with enthusiasm and kindness. We found him to be very tenacious and it gave us a lot of relief during this process. If he doesn't know something about a particular unit, he works tirelessly to get the answer. He shared our triumphs and pitfalls with compassion and grace. He has a superior understanding of real estate and yet can explain it in very simple terms so that we could get it as well. He put in a lot of time and effort into every offer we made - and in this market, it was extensive. He also responded to our questions and concerns well past 9pm on any given day, even weekends! Colby is a master of his craft and loves what he does, as well as the people who are lucky enough to work with him!
