As first-time homebuyers, the process of purchasing a home was unfamiliar and daunting to us. However, Clayton guided and supported us every step of the way and found us our first home! At every listing we visited, Clayton provided everything we needed to know; from anticipated information, such as unit and building specs, to neighbourhood knowledge and reputation, costly design choices that would incur hidden fees in the future, builder's history and anticipated growth in the area. He also was a great representative in the purchase and negotiated a price lower than asking for us! The combination of his services as a realtor and mortgage broker was invaluable. It made the process smoother and faster, as we could direct all our endless questions (about homes, mortgages and finances) to one person instead of multiple people. He was always available and would never hesitate to hop on a call to answer a question or ease our minds.
