<p>My fiancé and I have never purchased a home before. Clay was so down to earth and so easy to spend a Saurday house hunting with. Right from the get go he Sussed out our likes and dislikes and showed us so many great places yet never pressured us. It was like shopping with a trusted friend. When we finally found 'the one', Clay was excited and on board and went to get the best deal possible for us. <p>Clay did all he said he would do, and more. He was spot on with the probable value of our house, which provided us with more than one offer. As we had never been through the process of selling before, he was very patient with our questions. All requests for showings were sent to us, and his weekly updates were always provided. We would seriously consider Clay and his team if we ever need realtor services in the future. I have no problem recommending him to others if and when the need arises.</p>

<p>I used Clay to sell my property which was seamless. I got good money for the property he sold and he also helped me purchase my new property for an excellent price as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal. His negotiating skills are top notch and I would recommend him to anyone.</p>
