<p>I was impressed with Clay's professionalism. He was knowledgeable with the selling area and was able to provide helpful tips on upgrades to sell the property. Also the social media advertising was another great feature offered with the listing. Overall I enjoyed dealing with Clay and would highly recommend his services.</p>

<p>Working with Clay and his assistant was a positive experience.<br /> We were given ample of time to prepare for viewings as well any question we had were answered promptly and professionally.<br /> Clay was able to reccommend contacts for finaincing , surveying and as well a law firm which were all done in the time frame required.<br /> Overall experience was positive, if we required these services in the future we would contact Clay Brunette to help us out.</p>

<p>I had an excellent experience with Clay. He was friendly, professional, honest, and fought to get my house sold in a timely manner. He has excellent resources and is definitely one of the best agents I have had a chance to work with. However, his support staff was not what I would have hoped. The professional stager, Cheryl, that was used was patronizing and, while she had plenty of excellent ideas, failed to remember that I was in a major time crunch and was also on a student budget. She was unpleasant and judgemental for much of the consultation. The assistant, Barb, was relatively unorganized and was frustrating to deal with on a few occasions.</p>

<p>Clay was excellent to work with throughout our entire home purchase process. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. At all times he ensured we took the time to make the right decision for our family. At no point did we feel a hint of pressure, which allowed us to wait for our ideal home to come on the market. We would definitely work with Clay again if the situation arose. For now - we're enjoying our new home!</p>
