<p>Clay is the best realtor we have ever worked with! He was always a pleasure to deal with, patient, professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. It was very tricky to sell our place, especially in this current extended downturn the city has been in (in fact, we'd tried and failed to sell it two times before). But our house sold in less than a week after it was listed!<br /> He gave us lots of good ideas on how to approach things like list price but was always willing to work around our many constraints. He is an excellent negotiator, which is such a huge skill for realtors.<br /> We can't recommend him enough!</p>

Clay was extremely helpful from day one. He was very willing to show me a house even with short notice! He always makes it happen! We are first time home buyers in Canada and he assisted a lot in how the process works here and what to do and not do! Great honest advice. Clay is very approachable and I found that even as the wife of the buyer I was always treated with dignity and respect! I would recommend Clay to everybody that is in the market to buy or sell!!

Clay was very patient, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He was quick to respond via email, text or phone whenever we had a question and when we wanted to view a new property. His recommendations for a home inspector and lawyer were excellent. Highly recommended!
