He patiently guided us to finding the home that was perfect for our family and was a wealth of knowledge with any questions and concerns we had along the way. Clay was very patient and helpful to my husband and I when purchasing our first house. He recommended a perfectly wonderful building inspector, a man who could talk your head off, but, if you listened to him, which we did, we learned a lot about our new house and what repairs it needed and how to maintain it. We took Clays' advice and we have a lovely home that we are proud and pleased to own. I would use Clay again in the future and I would happily recommend him to all my friends and family.
