Clare was phenomenal to work with! We had a tight timeline to find the house we needed and worked for our family after our property sold very fast. Clare kept in constant contact and was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. You can definitely tell that Clare takes great pride in being very knowledgeable and professional in her career. I cannot say enough about Clare! I used her to sell my house this summer. She had great advice for me about what to do with the home to make it more appealing for sale. She priced it right and helped to get me my asking price (only a few days after it went to market). She is an excellent, direct communicator and was always quick to respond to my messages. I feel certain that she helped me to get the most that I could for my house sale. I would use her a million times over.
