I found Claire to be extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace, and extremely patient with helping me understand it. Her pre-purchase guidance and Care was very reassuring very comforting and her care and expertise did not end once an offer has been made. She helped me craft a reasonable offer that was ultimately successful and was entirely to my satisfaction. Once the offer has been accepted her job continued and her help was invaluable in guiding me through the process of finding tenants, in this regard, her service and time spent with me went beyond what I would have thought her duties would entail. I don't know if I will buy other properties but I definitely know I will recommend her to anyone who tells me they are thinking of making purchases and I know when the time comes for me to sell one of my homes I will have her as the listing agent.

Claire was thorough, helpful and had a keen eye for what we were looking for. We'll never forget the time she texted us from an agents' open with a picture of an outdoor garden hose and a bunch of exclamation marks because she knew that this was important to us. She was fun to spend time with both in person and over text/email. She stuck with us through the three months prior to moving to the North Shore and the seven months it took us to find our home.
