I contacted Cindy from British Columbia when I decided to pursue the purchase of a house in Edmonton (a city i didn't know). I contacted Cindy many months in advance based on her internet reviews. From the beginning, she showed great abilities to understand what I was looking for (unlike other agents), make valuable recommendations and maintained constant communications. When I flew in Edmonton to make my first visits, she was fully dedicated for me. Not only gave advice on the house but also the area and the town in general (which she knows very well)! I appreciated her honesty on properties I was interested in but presented risks I was not able to see. She was also available to do virtual visits for me at a distance, always providing me with clarity for those. I also appreciated her vast network of professionals for inspections, notaries whom I used and found excellent! Finally, I find Cindy to be fun to be around, easy to communicate with and very nice. I really recommend her for your real estate transactions.
