Chris is a gem, I can’t say enough good things about working with him! I was a first time buyer searching for an older home full of character and history. Chris immediately understood what I was after and showed me two homes in an area I loved. While they were lovely, I was looking for something very specific. Chris honoured that fully and actively continued to search, going off market to find opportunities. That extra effort is how we ended up finding the perfect place for me, something I truly don’t think would have happened without him. Chris is super knowledgeable about Calgary’s older buildings and the nuances that come with them. He shared tons of helpful background on the property’s history and guided me through every step of the search and purchase with patience and clarity. He was extremely communicative and always available when I had questions. From our first showing in September to closing at the end of November, he made everything move quickly and smoothly. I always felt like I was in very capable hands! If you’re looking for someone who genuinely has a passion for real estate, understands character properties, and will go the extra mile to find the right fit, Chris is your human!!
