Chris was very professional throughout the entire process and did a great job of promoting the property. What stood out for us was the help Chris provided during the negotiation phase. Chris was great to work with for both selling and buying our homes. He was easy to reach, responsive to our questions and needs, and very transparent with the whole process. There were significant negotiations and multiple offers on both properties and Chris stayed on top of it all and give us excellent advice on the next steps. We got 40K above asking on the sale of our home which we were thrilled with, and after a robust bidding war on the new home, we got what we wanted.
