Christina was extremely patient with us as we navigated the process of getting our family home of 22 years on the market. She knew what needed to be done and guided us through it - deep cleaning, finding a handyman for various tasks, even bringing her own pillows to help with the staging. The photographer was great. He captured the essence of our happy home and all the marketing materials Christina put together worked. Even in this soft market, we got an acceptable offer with the listing up less than a month.
