It was evident from the beginning of our search that Christian was knowledgeable about the housing market in Sherwood Park and that he had our best interests at heart. When we first started looking for a home, I was unsure if we were going to find the one we were looking for even after viewing a plethora of homes. Christian went above-and-beyond he prepared us for each viewing, squeezed in last minute viewing requests, and even helped with our kids while we were touring houses. One of the most important things to me was that we weren't pressured to extend our predetermined price range. There was definitely no pressure and he was not trying to up-sell us. Buying this home was the biggest financial decision that we have made, and Christian helped take the pain Christian also had to put up with a bit of uncertainty on our behalf. We came to a point where we weren't exactly sure what type of house we ACTUALLY wanted/needed. Bi-level, bungalow, 2-storey... he helped us work through the different factors involved so that we could weigh the pros and cons. We ended up having a blast during all our viewings! Through a successful negotiation Christian helped us secure a great price on the beautiful house where we'll soon be settling down. Every step of the way Christian has been quick to respond to our questions with accurate and timely info through calls, texts, and emails. I would HIGHLY recommend Christian (Hack&Co) if you are considering selling or buying (or both). The entire experience was incredible and it's hard to believe we are now on the SOLD and BOUGHT side of the process. When I look at all the houses on the market and see how many have been on there for quite a while, I'm thankful that we made the right Realtor selections.

Christian Bailey is a great realtor! He made our buying experience of an acreage a very positive one. We always got very prompt responses back and appreciate all the extras he did for us. We would also like to give a shout out to Kim who showed us a couple properties. She came prepared and knew about acreage living. Overall a wonderful team that we highly recommend!
