Christian of the Hack & Co Team at ReMax River City was recommended to us by a friend who purchased a house last year. With this being our first home purchase, we had no idea what the process looked like. To say Christian was helpful would be an understatement! He was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly quick to respond to all inquiries. Took our financial factors and personal preferences into account and was 100% behind us and on our side through this whole process. Christian offered great insight and suggestions, especially when it became difficult to make a deal on the house we wanted. Christian and Anthony also provided us with brand new boxes and various supplies to assist in moving!! I have never known any realtor to go out of their way and do such a thing. Christian was professional and polite with every interaction. Christian did excellent research on similar properties in the area to help me understand my best listing price. A partnership with a staging consultant provided some great advice on how to set up my home for optimal pictures/showings The use of social media and online presence to market my home in as many ways as possible was useful. Christian was available via email or phone and able to provide answers to my many questions. I have recommended Christian and the Hack/Co team to friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
