Chris was a absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. We had challenged him with a rather unusual difficult situation. To say the least it was not your everyday regular straight forward house sale. This man rose to the challenge and executed the house sale like a champ. Not only did he execute the sale of the property extremely well he was able to negotiate a more then fair price for our home. . I could not tell you how impressed we were with Chris.
