I installed a furnace for a client of chris’ and they recommend we call him, was a great decision! Unfortunately, with the hot fast paced market we lost the house we wanted by other bidders, Chris stayed connected with that realtor, and a month later we are now moving into that home! Even though we were in process of buying a home we did not love as much. He got us out of the deal and back on the table with the one we loved. Was always available with questions, and even came out late at 10pm to let me look again. Would recommend to anyone!

Chris was amazing to work with. In a challenging condo market, he did everything possible to keep our condo relevant, while keeping us continuously in the loop with everything that was going on. He worked tirelessly until the closing date.

He went over and beyond the line of duty to help us out. Very knowledgeable person for info on homes. Uptodate on new products and very helpful with supplying suggestions of supporting businesses to help a smooth transaction. We highly recommend him.
