<p>Chris is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, helpful and has excellent communication skills. In the past I have recommended Chris to friends thinking of selling their homes and I will continue to do that.</p>

<p>Chris did a great job helping us to find the perfect house for us! He helped us to locate good properties to view; was available when we wanted to look at homes; and was always prompt in returning calls and emails. When we found 'the house' he made the process as smooth and hassle-free as it could be. We would certainly recommend Chris as a realtor with great expertise and communication skills!</p>

<p>I thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris. Even though I have known him for many years, he was very professional in his dealings with me. The day after the offer was made and accepted, I had to fly to England for a holiday. Chris continued to communicate with me via e-mail and kept me apprised of the status of the transaction. He also provided me with the name of a mortgage broker who was also very professional and helpful and was able to negotiate a very reasonable mortgage rate for me. Chris also provided the name of a lawyer with whom I dealt in all the legal paperwork.</p> <p>I was very pleased with my dealings with Chris and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of a real estate agent.</p>

<p>After an already exhausting house search with our original real estate agent providing no closure on three different offers over four months, I was vying for a real estate agent who could take the bull by the horns and finalize some paperwork to put some new house-keys into my hands.</p> <p>I remember after another extremely disappointing search with our original realtor, I was talking to a friend, and she mentioned she may "know a guy", LOW AND BEHOLD did she deliver. From the moment I met Chris I knew he would never be anything but hardworking and honest. When we told him we wanted to be into a new place within the next two months at the latest, our time had run out as we were dealing with the end of a lease, he showed up and had a good file of places for us to view so he could gauge what we, his clients were looking for, despite what we may have been asking for. He was very accommodating, communicative, and gave fantastic feedback.</p> <p>Chris was more then thorough, pointing out flaws and the positive points of a place, after a long day of work when your brain is just putty it was nice to be able to trust him to be honest and point out things you may have noticed a second go around, and maybe not a first.</p> <p>If I could get Christ to sell me all my homes - worldwide, I would. When I buy and sell in Calgary again, I will always only use Chris for as long as he is in the business.</p>
