Chris has been well organized & professional from my first contact but particularly in being able to meet my viewing requests while making suggestions of other suitable properties in the area. This helped me to quickly define my shortlist of properties and use my property viewing time efficiently. This efficient approach helped me to land upon a property relatively quickly that represented an overall higher value for money than I originally anticipated for the desired location.

Chris is a patient and professional individual that brought a tremendous value to us when purchasing a home. He communicates extremely well and works hard. Along with Chris, we developed a strategy to purchase a home and executed as per the plan. This took a lot of time and patience, but ended up saving us a lot of money.
