Chris was excellent in helping me rent my house. He was professional, attentive, proactive and knew how to quickly filter what I needed. He actively negotiated the entire process, from finding the house to signing the contract. I really felt very safe and relaxed having Chris as my representative.

We had an amazing experience working with Chris. Met him as he was helping my old neighbor with a purchase of their first home. Saw first hand how sensible and caring he was with them. When it came to purchasing my home, I reached out to my then neighbor for his number and we could not be more happier with his service. He gave us the space to think and decide for ourselves, never over-imposing his views on us but always giving us pros and cons but ultimately letting us make the decision. Throughout the process always felt like we were working with someone who had our interest at the forefront. He was always available and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Purchasing a home is a stressful process for many reasons, having someone reliable and trustworthy helps a lot in those stressful situations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
