He even went the extra mile — literally — by returning to a property we’d viewed just to speak with the next-door neighbour to get more info about the area. Chris is a gem both personally and professionally. He made the stressful process of purchasing a home an incredibly easy and seamless experience. He knows the different neighbourhoods in Ottawa very well and I ended up purchasing a property in an area I didn't even know existed. He's generous with his time and was conscientious about not wasting mine. He didn't show me properties that didn't meet my requirements which was appreciated and not typical of my previous experience with realtors.
