Chris was an excellent agent , he really looked out for our interests in a way I don't think many agents would. He gave very good advice on a deal that looked questionable, and was even willing to let it fall through rather than go ahead as is. He took the lead on negotiating through that, walked us through every step of the purchase; and gave us confidence that we were in good hands. We can't say enough good about Chris as an agent and would recommend him to anybody.
