Che was very professional, understanding, extremely well versed. He walked us through every step of selling and then buying another home. He was able to provide very clear guidance and explanation of what to expect in buying older properties, as well as what to expect once offers started coming in. He was very patient, easy to contact and talk to with any questions or concerns we may have had. I would recommend Che to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property.
